Lawful basis
Server logs rest on legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in keeping the site available and resistant to abuse. Nothing else is processed, so no other basis is engaged.
Where it is processed
The site and its database run on Microsoft Azure in Germany West Central. Data stays in the European Union. Microsoft acts as processor under its data protection terms. No data is sold, shared or transferred to anyone else.

Your rights
You may ask for a copy of what is held about you, for it to be corrected or erased, for processing to be restricted or objected to, and for portability. Write to damjanpenchev@proton.me and the request will be answered within one month. Access logs older than three days are deleted automatically.
If you believe the law has been breached you may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (Комисия за защита на личните данни), or to the supervisory authority where you live.
